Refund Policy

Last updated: May 31, 2026

This Refund Policy reflects the current Razorpay-backed billing model for LaunchForge paid plan access.

Current billing status

LaunchForge Beta paid plan checkout is handled through Razorpay. Pro and Studio are monthly access plans, and payment history is visible from the dashboard Billing page after checkout starts.

Refund handling

Refund requests are handled through MH Horizon support. Users should include the account email, Razorpay payment reference, order reference, plan, charge date, and a short reason so the payment can be investigated.

Accidental charges

If an accidental or duplicate charge occurs, contact MH Horizon through the published support channel as soon as possible. Refund eligibility may depend on payment status, usage, and Razorpay settlement constraints.

Digital product nature

LaunchForge provides digital tools, templates, reports, audits, public pages, and export workflows. Existing project data is not deleted on downgrade or expiry, but new usage can be limited by the effective plan.

Beta feature limits

Some beta features, including website audits, PNG exports, premium templates, public pages, team members, review links, and branding removal, depend on plan entitlements. Refund decisions do not guarantee restoration of consumed usage limits.

Beta pricing changes

LaunchForge Beta pricing and limits may change with notice. If pricing changes, saved project work is not intentionally deleted; plan limits mainly restrict new usage after expiry, downgrade, or failed renewal.

Questions about these starter policies can be sent from the contact page. These pages should be reviewed before paid plans or public publishing launch.
