This Privacy Policy explains how LaunchForge Beta by MH Horizon handles account, project, public page, audit, billing, team/review, feedback, and lightweight analytics data in the current Firebase-backed product.
LaunchForge Beta uses Firebase Auth and Firestore for account access, user profiles, projects, checklist progress, readiness reports, Brand Vault profiles, captions, launch designs, Dispatch settings, client review links, beta feedback, support messages, and basic usage information needed to operate the product.
Information may be used to provide the dashboard, save launch projects, calculate readiness insights, respond to support requests, improve product quality, protect the service, and communicate important product updates.
Authentication is provided through Firebase. Paid plan checkout is handled through Razorpay. LaunchForge stores billing status, entitlement snapshots, payment references, and monthly usage counters needed to provide plan access and support.
If you enable a Dispatch public page, LaunchForge publishes public-safe mirror data rather than exposing private project documents. Public pages can use lightweight counters for views, shares, copies, and CTA clicks. LaunchForge does not store IP addresses or visitor identity for these beta counters.
Auto Website Audit performs bounded public-signal checks only and stores audit summaries, not raw website HTML. Client review links expose selected snapshots through scoped review routes and should not be used for highly sensitive confidential material.
MH Horizon does not claim to sell user data. Service providers may process information only as needed for hosting, authentication, payments, communication, security, support, and product operations.
Users can contact MH Horizon for account, access, or deletion requests through the support process made available for LaunchForge.
